What we offer...

HIIPFIT 2.0

HIIPFIT (High Intensity Interval Programming) 2.0 is an interval workout program designed to improve strength, boost metabolism, and enhance flexibility and mobility all in a 50-minute format. This class utilizes strength training equipment and WOODWAY treadmills as participants alternate between cardio and strength-focused sets. HIIPFIT caters to all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. The muscles targeted and treadmill focus change depending on the day of the week.  

HIIPFLOW (Yoga + HIIP)

Experience the Ultimate HIIP/Yoga hybrid Class! Join us for a dynamic and invigorating workout that combines the best of yoga and high-intensity interval programing (HIIP.) HIIPFlow is a 50-minute class is designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness through a carefully structured routine. Please bring a yoga mat and water, and get ready to sweat, stretch and connect with your breath. We'll flow through movements that challenge your body and center your mind, leaving you refreshed and revitalized.

LIFT

LIFT is a no-running, lifting, and calisthenics based full-body class designed to increase strength, improve body composition, build muscle mass, and boost your metabolism through focused, technical strength training. While we understand variety is important, so is consistency and mastering fundamental strength movements. So this means you'll be focused on specific movements to increase strength over time.

You will have a chance to practice fundamental strength movements during class and over time you'll be able to progress in weight and rep range mastering some of the best baseline movements.

CIRCUIT

"SUNDAY SCHOOL"

 In this one-hour session, you’ll move through a mix of strength, cardio, and core-focused stations designed to build endurance, improve mobility, and challenge every muscle group. Expect a combination of weights, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements that keep your heart rate up and your body guessing.

Whether you’re looking to break a sweat, boost your strength, or just have fun with a supportive community, this class is for you. All levels are welcome—modifications and progressions will be provided so you can push yourself at your own pace.

YOGA (Ember Flow & Ember Reset)

EMBER FLOW: This dynamic and invigorating class combines the principles of Vinyasa with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and endurance. Perfect for all levels, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of powerful poses and fluid transitions, synchronized with your breath. This class offers a full-body workout that leaves you feeling energized and balanced. 


EMBER RESET: This slow flow yoga class is your Sunday sanctuary—With intentional movement, deep breathwork, and grounding postures, you’ll reconnect to yourself and reset your nervous system. Expect a soothing pace, low lighting, and a focus on restoration through mindful flow.

POLE

POLE FLOW: All POLE FLOW classes offer technique, training, and flow for a comprehensive pole dance experience, suitable for all skill levels (variations, progressions, and combos). This curriculum is designed to emphasize strength-building through understanding pole-anatomy and application to help students progress on their pole journeys! Some classes are more choreography based, where as others focus on shapes and combos.

POLE 1 & POLE ALL LEVELS are suitable for beginners. See POLE 2 description for prerequisites.

POLE CIRCUIT offers an invigorating full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Engage in a series of stations featuring diverse equipment like poles, battle ropes, and weights, each designed to enhance core strength and overall conditioning. No pole experience required. (Sneakers preferred).


AERIAL FOUNDATIONS (Hammock + Lyra)

Aerial Foundations is a beginner-friendly class that is also suitable for more advanced aerialists looking to build strength and technique. This class is designed to introduce students to the core skills, conditioning, shapes, and strength needed for aerial hammock and lyra (hoop). Students learn shared foundational movements that transfer between both apparatuses, helping them to build confidence, body awareness, and safe aerial habits.

LYRA (Aerial Hoop)

This 60-Minute Lyra class begins with thorough warm-up and conditioning to prepare your body for movement and ensure a safety and strength. Students will learn entry and exit techniques for the hoop and various poses that fit for beginners with sequences for intermediate & advanced students. Class ends with a cool down of guided static stretching. Whether you're brand new to aerial arts or looking to refine your skills, this class will help you progress on your aerial journey!

HAMMOCK

Aerial Hammock, also known as Aerial Sling where you will learn acrobatic and dance movements suspended from a soft fabric loop. This all levels class will focus on foundational skills, building strength and gaining flexibility and mobility.

Recommended attire: clothing that covers legs and torso.

KIDS CIRCUS (Kids Classes Ages 7-15)

Skills Series (Thursdays & Sundays): This skill-focused circus class supports kids in developing strength, confidence, and aerial technique through monthly 4-week progressions (drop-ins welcome). Each month highlights specific skills on different apparatuses allowing students to build skills progressively and safely over time.

 Drop-ins are welcome, but advance registration is required to ensure safe instruction and class ratios.
